This was my first time servicing my car in the new facility. Anthony was great. Reviewed the details of my car and advised me of future services needed for my vehicle. The entire process was smooth and completed within a reasonable time.
I've been partnering with this dealership for over 25 years. The level of service I receive from Guillermo and Cesar is superior. There are 3 other Honda locations I could consider that are closer to my home but I continue to take 2 freeways to get the level of service I'm used to.

The service itself was good, and the advisor was courteous and professional. One suggestion I have is that when discussing the invoice, it would have been nice if he had started by saying it was a zero-balance invoice. Hearing “bill” first made me think I owed money. Also, I was told I would receive a phone call, but I don’t think I ever did. It’s possible I missed it, although I did receive a text message. Overall, everything turned out fine, but those small communication details would have made the experience even better.

I took my car to be serviced and fix a problem with the phone. It was supposedly fix because the next day I had the same problem. I call back the response was not helpful. Now I have to make another appointment and waist another day. Left al message for Dean and never received a call back.
