The service department lacks service desk personnel. I had an appointment but it really is first come first serve. I had to wait for three other customers to get checked in. There were other representatives inside but did not come out to check me in. Upon my service completion, Carlos said I was due for a throttle body and fuel injection cleaning even though the Honda maintenance Manuel does not mention this at all. I took my hybrid car for oil maintenance. When I pulled out of the driveway realized maintenance code was not reset. I had to drive back and waited an additional 25 min for code to be reset because Guillermo was busy with another client What an inconvenience! My car was at the shop from 8 to 4pm. Ample time for it to be taken care of.

Making a deal with Precision was the best decision. I had been talking with a few dealers and no one was being up front or willing to meet my terms. Precision and I came to an understanding rather quickly and were able to close. I’m happy with my lease and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
We had a 9:30AM appointment. We didn't get checked in until 10AM... 30 minutes past our appointment time. Our ETA time for an oil change was 1-2 hours so by noon it should be done. We arrived at 1:20PM and the car hadn't even been seen by a technician yet. We received the car around 2:40PM. It should not take 5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This displays that overbooking is occurring and it's hurting the customer service aspect of the business.
Guillermo was very professional and personable. He even offered if I would like my car to be washed which I hadn't been asked in my past visits so that was nice.

It was a first for me being provided a link to watch a video where they explained and showed my vehicle being serviced, and that was a unique experience and I appreciate it. I had a great experience with my salesman Juan Garcia, who truly took the time to understand my budget and goals to make the deal happen on a used HR-V. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended once I entered the finance department. I felt a tremendous amount of pressure to purchase an extended warranty that was priced much higher than it should have been. The keys were not in my car on and running when they returned the vehicle to me. I almost left without the keys.. It would have been a really big problem the next day, when trying to turn it on without the fob. Fortunately, I did not leave, I looked for my keys. I notified someone inside and the person who had returned the car to me have my keys in his pocket. He promptly gave them to me.
