Like the whole experience except the apple car play (mapping system) almost never works. Precision said it was because our cables were frayed. We bought new cables. It still does not work. It has never worked reliably.

My vehicle was there for 5 hours. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a missing valve stem on my right passengers tire. I realized my tires were not rotated, due to the same tire being on the passenger side instead of the rear passenger side. I was really upset when I asked him about it. After getting quotes and visiting different Honda dealerships, Precision Honda felt the most welcoming and was the most transparent with their offers during negotiations. My sales rep Leanna Manjarrez was amazing to negotiate with and never created a stressful or aggressive sales pitch which I have received at other dealerships. I felt as though my time was fully respected and they worked with me to get a deal that I was extremely happy with on buying a new car. I completely recommend this location for prices and comfort.

Greatly disappointed with this visit. My car’s estimated time to be ready was 9:30am. Then at 10:30am, an hour later I casually run into the service advisor who tells me “let’s check in on your car” . I walk with him to service desk area and I’m told my car will be ready in another 30 to 45 mins. A bit disappointed that I wasn’t told my car will take longer sooner. Diego was great. Very friendly. We visited 4-5 dealerships in our area that day, and we were looking for a place willing to work with us to make a deal. Some places, the sales people had no hustle - didn't even come out to greet us. We had to go find them. That was not the case at Precision. It was super helpful that they had a kids play area and they always gave us space to discuss each offer. Diego stayed way after when his shift ended to complete the deal with us.
